Providing adequate phone and Internet service for part-time employees and volunteers is usually difficult and expensive. Avid gives organizations several ways of meeting this need:
- Single phone sets can be used by multiple users, each with their own direct dial number and voicemail account. Our phones can handle at least four and up to 12 lines each, and each different user can select their own line as the primary line with the press of a button.
- Voicemail accounts can be configured for users who don’t even have a phone station. They can check message from any phone or simply have their voicemail forwarded to any email account.
- Lower-priced service is available for those who make light use of their phones.
- Multiple users’ lines can roll into a common voicemail box. This helps ensure that a part-timer’s absence doesn’t result in a missed message.
