Adding phone capacity for fundraising campaigns
More phones and lines can be temporarily added for special requirements such as a fund drive phone bank. Equipment and lines can be added for a period as short as a month.
Each phone for a phone bank is $40 per month, with just a one-month minimum. This includes configuration, delivery and setup charges. For a 10-phone bank, the charge would be $400.
With other providers, such an increase would average $700 for the lines alone, and the organization would have to inventory several thousand dollars in extra phones, and then pay their phone system vendor hundreds to reconfigure service.
Current account features such as Multi-Line Hunt Groups would be employed to create call-center capabilities. The Client’s web-based administrative control center would make it easy to add and remove users from call groups.
