Avid’s Connector for Teams
Avid’s Connector for Teams (AvidCT) is an App that allows users to make a call using Avid’s softphone (MaX UC) or desk phone all while staying within the Teams interface.
Users simply download and add the Avid App to make calls directly from Microsoft Teams. Calls within Microsoft Teams can be made using the Command bar, the message compose area of a Chat or Teams Channel or in response to a chat message.
With AvidCT, no additional licenses are required, simply add the App and Avid voice customers can make calls within Microsoft Teams.
