As I was thinking about what to write for our story this week, I decided to share our “Welcome Letter” with you. This is the letter that we send to all of our new customers. We talk about the fact that we’re locally owned and managed. In my experience, people prefer to support local businesses when given a choice. And we need to do a better job of letting people know that we live and work in the same community as the businesses we support.
Our building is at the corner of Southwest Boulevard and Washington Street in downtown Kansas City. We used to be at 18th and Baltimore. But we’ve been located in downtown Kansas City since we opened the doors in 2006. Through the years, we’ve earned the trust of hundreds of companies in Kansas City. Many of them are names you would recognize. And we’re going to do a better job sharing those stories in the coming months. Why? Because most decisions to buy a product or service are heavily influenced by the opinions of your friends. And there’s a good chance that we’re supporting your friend’s business. We’d love to support you too.
