As a manager of current accounts, I interact with all kinds of Avid customers across the Kansas City metro, all of which have their own story and unique needs. For each customer I have the pleasure of helping Avid build a solution for, it’s easier to tell why Avid stands out among other options.

My favorite part of my job is the ability to visit our customers and provide direct support. It’s great to put a face to the name, and I’ve been told it goes both ways! The sales team loves to get to know our customers to best solve their telecom woes, and we’re glad that our customers can get to know us as well. When we visits our clients to deploy a new VoIP phone or other project, we love to discover solutions for problems our customers didn’t even realize they had!

Though we love to visit on site, all our customers typically need to fix any issues or personalize their existing solution is to call our outstanding service team. Our service line is accessible via the direct number, but any customers who own or rent our physical phones also have access to an “Avid button” that rings directly to our service team. Avid support is a great place to solve any immediate issues, make call flow changes, obtain login information, edit the auto attendant, set holiday greetings, and more. This service is unlimited, for no extra charge. Otherwise, whoever your sales contact is, they’re more than willing to help too!
