We’re proud to share a client success story with you this week about Rosehill Gardens. Rosehill Gardens is another agent referral from IT provider Salvus TG. (Salvus TG supports their network and firewall.)
For this project, we worked with Curtis Stroud, the owner of Rosehill Gardens. We increased the fiber bandwidth at their main locations. And we were able to provide them significantly more bandwidth for less than they were paying their previous provider on a monthly basis!
We can support premise based phone systems.
If you’ve been following our stories for a while, you know that we typically implement a business phone system with our hosted VoIP solution. But that doesn’t mean we can’t provide services and support for companies that have a premise based phone system.
Rosehill Gardens has an ESI system at their main location and a Panasonic system at their Belton location. We installed a PRI at the main location, SIP trunks at the farm in Belton and an analog line at the main location for fax communications.
Seamless transition? Check.
If you think about it, phone systems and the internet connection are expected to work… just like electricity and water coming into a building. When an infrastructure change like this happens, proper planning and testing is critically important.
The turn-up went well because of our planning and testing procedures. We do what we call a “make ready” a week before implementation. This is where we test the fiber internet circuit for both locations. We also test phone lines behind the scenes. We did real-world testing with the phone vendors to make sure everything was working correctly. This included making sure everything was connecting to the premise based phone system properly. And during this process, we coordinate with the IT support team to prepare for the cutover. All of this planning and testing is done so that there are no surprises on the day of the cut-over.
