Customer Spotlight: MG Machine, Inc.

MG Machine, Inc. has been delivering custom, machined parts since 1972. They’re a small, independently owned machine shop that is committed to delivering machined parts on time and at competitive prices.
We were referred to MG Machine by their IT support company. They needed to update their existing phone system to our Business VoIP phone system. Our primary contact was Elisa Knight who was great to work with on this project!
Previously, they had analog lines with AT&T. So their first step was to update their internet to high speed internet. This is another one of those stories where they are getting more (bandwidth) and paying less.
The third salesperson?
We had to laugh when we saw a sign in their office about salespeople. It reads, “We shoot every third salesperson. Number two just left.” We were really glad that we weren’t that third salesperson! 🙂
Once the upgraded internet was in place, we went to work. Elisa is really happy with all of the new functionality and how well things are working on their new system. For example, they used to have two caller IDs on two analog lines and an answering machine. A single VoIP phone handset now takes care of all of that.
The installation went smoothly and we trained their team on the use of their new VoIP phones. Another happy customer!
