Fiber Park Services

Avid builds the on-ramps for the Information Superhighway. If you need massive bandwidth--or you just want a lot more bandwidth for the money--then our Fiber Park services are what you need. These are direct connections to fiber optic networks, and are capable of meeting any telecommunications requirement--voice, data or video.

In each of our Fiber Parks, Avid has a fiber-optic hub. Tenants within a Fiber Park can connect to the fiber hub and obtain connections ranging from 2 Mbps (30% faster than a T1), to 500 Mbps (333 times faster than a T1). And these speeds aren't like those quoted by the cable companies, but are actual dedicated capacity available at all times and unaffected by other users on the network.

Fiber Park connections support the complete array of Avid services, including Hosted PBX services, and even small businesses can tap into services that much larger businesses located elsewhere cannot.
